As a Legal Team Assistant at Burges Salmon, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of your department. You'll work closely with our lawyers, providing support across a wide range of tasks, including:

We offer every new starter a thorough induction and excellent training on our in house legal systems (including iManage and Aderant). Knowledge of these specific systems is not essential but we do require a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

What do we offer you?

  • The opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading lawyers on interesting work.
  • A collaborative and friendly environment. We respect and recognise every single one of our people for what they do.

  • A brilliant rewards package including a firm-wide bonus scheme, discounted local gym membership, free health check with BUPA and contribution to annual eye tests and cost of glasses.

  • What we're looking for:

    • Strong background in administration, ideally within professional services.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
    • Good attention to detail
    • A great team player
