• Billing Manager – Energy & Sustainability

• £50,000 - £80,000 base + 40% commission + equity

• London | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 remote)

The Billing Manager – Energy & Sustainability will join the senior leadership team from day one, influencing strategy, shaping incentives, and driving expansion across the UK business.


Role Highlights


The Billing Manager – Energy & Sustainability will...

– Lead by example, running a high-performing 360 desk with full BD autonomy

– Build, coach, and scale a team of consultants, starting with senior hires and a planned graduate intake

– Shape internal training frameworks, onboarding models, and performance processes

– Win and deliver retained and senior contingent work across your chosen vertical

– Drive culture, energy, and commercial momentum in the London office


You Will Need

– Proven billing track record, ideally £300k+ GP annually

– Experience leading or mentoring consultants (formal or informal)

– Confidence in business development and senior stakeholder engagement

– Knowledge of sustainability, cleantech, or related sectors (or willingness to pivot in)

– Entrepreneurial drive: eager to build, shape, and scale a team and desk
