The Team Leader role at our Urgent Treatment Centre may be the opportunity and challenge you are seeking.
The UTC is a high performing service. As the post holder you will have day to day responsibility for the operational management of the service under the supervision of the Head of Service.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness and adherence to quality standards and key performance indicators for all external contracts/ internal service level agreements as well as marketing and ongoing development of the service.
This is a varied role, working within and leading a busy high performing service, delivering unscheduled care to patients of all ages presenting to the service with undifferentiated conditions.
