DESCRIPTION:
As a Team Leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Process Coordinator) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will guide a skilled team responsible for manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical and biotechnology products while ensuring compliance with cGMP standards. You will support operational excellence through effective team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines technical expertise with people management to deliver important therapies that improve health outcomes.
You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate production schedules, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The position involves supporting team members, troubleshooting equipment and processes, managing documentation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with Quality, Engineering, and other departments to maintain robust manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing experience in cGMP environment, or a minimal of 5 years manufacturing team management experience.
