The post holder will be accountable for the operational performance and the strategic development of the CRHTT Team. This will include accountability for the delivery of high quality clinical care, clinical governance, patient safety, clinical quality and delivery of Cost Improvement Programmes (CIPs).
The post holder will provide visible, accessible clinical and managerial leadership for the team.
- To provide visible & compassionate managerial leadership
- To ensure the delivery of a clinically effective service
- To set, monitor and evaluate standards to ensure a high quality of care.
- To act as a expert resource within the Urgent Care Pathway
- To influence the development of the service and be a change agent
- To ensure the effective management of budgets.
- Participate in the On-Call Manager Rota
- Experienced in change management
