About This Role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Team Standards Coordinator within the Pathways Service.
You will need to have an excellent level of IT literacy to be able to use our social care data system and MS Office to support the team.
You will be contribute to overall team standards and quality practice across the Children in Care service as part of improvement activity and be a member of professional service teams working alongside the wider teams in children services to deliver an effective service.
Our Locations:
You will be based within the Children in Care Team 1 in Civic Centre, Southampton.

- Have excellent IT skills being able to use excel, word & other IT data bases and go from one to the other with ease.
- Have excellent accurate written skills, & the ability to write reports and present information in a clear and concise way.
- Have experience in minuting professional statutory meetings and processing associated documentation.
