The Role

This is not a coordination or scheduling role. Youll own the hardest problems across the CPTOs remit - from AI adoption and pricing strategy to board prep and org design - and be the connective tissue that keeps everything moving with rigour and speed.
What Youll Be Doing
At Gravitee, impact isnt abstract; its visible. In this role, you will:
- AI Adoption & Governance : Own the CPTOs AI agenda across Product, Engineering, and Marketing - defining frameworks for responsible usage, tool governance, and cost controls. Champion AI-native workflows to compress timelines and unlock new capabilities.
- Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Frameworks : Drive the design and evolution of Gravitees pricing model in partnership with Product, Sales, and Finance. Model pricing scenarios and analyse downstream impact on ARR, gross margin, and customer acquisition economics.
- Change Management & Org Design : Lead change initiatives across all three functions - from restructures to new function creation. Own job architecture, levelling frameworks, and org models reflecting current and planned headcount.
- Budgeting & Financial Intelligence : Own the operational budget layer for the CPTOs remit - tracking actuals vs. plan for marketing spend, platform costs, and headcount. Build financial models covering customer ROI, gross margin, and cost-per-customer.
- Board Preparation & Executive Communication : Lead preparation of board materials, investor decks, and executive briefings. Draft high-quality memos and frameworks that reflect the CPTOs voice - ensuring readiness for every high-stakes moment.
Essential Skills
- 8+ years in roles combining strategic thinking, operational execution, and technical depth - spanning product management, engineering leadership, strategy, or consulting.
- Demonstrable experience as a direct partner to a C-level executive, independently driving complex cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Strong understanding of product and engineering concepts - enough to credibly engage with technical trade-offs and product strategy.
- A high-agency operator who takes ownership of ambiguous problems and drives them to resolution without needing to be told how.
- Equally comfortable in a strategy document and a spreadsheet - you move fluidly between 30,000-foot thinking and ground-level execution.
- A clear, direct communicator who can write a crisp executive summary, run a focused meeting, and hold people accountable without friction.
- Discreet and trusted - you handle sensitive information with maturity and sound judgement.
