At Lenovo, youll work at the forefront of commercial IT, partnering with sales teams to deliver innovative solutions across devices, infrastructure, services, cybersecurity, and AI. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where deep technical expertise meets influence, problem‑solving, and global collaboration.
What are the key areas of responsibility?
- Work alongside Lenovo commercial sales teams in a technical sales capacity
- Present Lenovo roadmaps and solutions to customers
- Act as focal point for the customer to address for complex technical escalations
- Manage communication with internal Lenovo support teams
- Continuously maintain/enhance technical skills on relevant products / services
- Provide in-depth solution knowledge product expertise of Lenovo product range to sales teams
