Job Description:
An IQGeo Tech Lead manages the geospatial (GIS) platform, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for fiber network design, data, and technical support, leading engineering teams, ensuring data quality (QC/QA), configuring IQGeo layers/rules, interfacing with clients/developers, and resolving complex issues for efficient network operations and deployment. They bridge technical teams (fielding, backend) with project management and clients, focusing on standards, best practices (like in Katapult), and system readiness for network modernization.
Core Focus Areas:-
Network Modernization: Supporting high-speed communications and grid modernization using IQGeo's technology.
Data Accuracy: Ensuring high-quality, reliable geospatial data for planning, construction, and operations.
Process Improvement: Setting standards, improving workflows, and preventing recurring errors.
