Purpose of the role and how you will contribute:
As Technical Lead for the Legal Assistance Scheme, you’ll oversee the daily delivery of our LAS shared service model, ensuring subscribers receive timely, accurate and high‑quality support. You’ll manage and coach a team of Case Support Assistants, lead workflow and resource planning, and act as the first escalation point for complex queries. You’ll also drive continuous process improvement, support reporting to senior governance groups, and help enhance member experience across the scheme.

You’ll bring strong leadership experience from a customer service or contact‑centre environment, with a proven track record of managing KPIs, workflow and service quality.
You’ll be an effective communicator, confident in handling complex queries, making evidence‑based decisions, and supporting others to do the same.
With solid operational awareness, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced setting. A degree‑level qualification and sound understanding of process improvement, quality assurance and member‑focused service delivery will help you excel.
