We're looking for a Recruiter who'll make sure engineering candidates have a great experience during our hiring process. You'll use your expert communication skills to plan and execute first-class hiring strategies and bring the world’s top A-players to Revolut.

What You'll Be Doing
- Recruiting exceptional talent to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Developing and refining interview processes that enhance assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for software engineering roles
- A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Technical acumen
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
- Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Great problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- High ambition, self-motivation, and a passion about our vision
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech
- Fluency in other languages
