Role Description
We are recruiting a full-time Technical Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with CAD/CAM software and strong IT skills. Previous experience with Biesse machines is preferred, particularly familiarity with proprietary software.The Technical Service Engineer will support customers by providing troubleshooting, technical consultations, and solutions for equipment and machinery issues. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical problems, offering real-time guidance to resolve issues, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction with technical services. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the quality of support and services.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Services and providing hands-on Technical Support
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Proven experience with CAD/CAM software, with familiarity in bSolid being an advantage.
- Exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of machinery and equipment in manufacturing systems is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in a technical support role, especially within the manufacturing or industrial sector, is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and manage time effectively
