As a Technical Specialist, youll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.
You Will Be
Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, youll know the right questions to ask in order to reach a conclusive diagnosis.
Competent with electrical schematics and problem solving in a fast paced-environment.
Building strong relationships and trust with customers through excellent communication.
Customer service centric upholding the most professional, personable demeanour throughout to deliver service excellence.

You are technically astute, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of ASHPs; specific Daikin Altherma experience would be highly advantageous. You possess:
City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation L2 or equivalent experience
F-gas (2079) qualified, with adept experience handling refrigerants.
G3 unvented cylinders hot water systems
Your passion for mastering all technical issues has meant youve been a point of escalation to resolve breakdowns and reactive service call-outs.
