🔍 Carry out inspections, fault‑finding, maintenance and renewal work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
👥 Support and occasionally lead work activities, ensuring delivery aligns with procedures and standards.
🛡️ Maintain strong safety arrangements for all staff under your oversight, including contractors.
📄 Work safely in accordance with Safe Systems of Work, method statements, and operational instructions.
🧰 Undertake tasks you are trained and competent to perform, always demonstrating professionalism.
🚦 Direct work activities safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
✔️ Check and verify the quality of work, ensuring assets meet required performance and safety expectations.
🎓 Confirm staff working under your direction hold valid and appropriate competencies.
🚚 Ensure vehicles, tools, plant, and equipment are safe, fit for use, and properly stored or disposed of.
📝 Report completed and outstanding work accurately, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
