You'll learn best‑practice Technology techniques, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support users in a secure environment, and gain a solid foundation in modern digital systems. Alongside your role, you'll receive monthly coaching, workshops, and expert support to help you succeed.

- The programme allows you to gain a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship qualification
- Duration: typically around 17-months
- Position will be based at One Glass Wharf, fully onsite.
