If you have knowledge and enthusiasm for how Technology Enabled Care (TEC) can support people to live safely and independently in their own homes, then we would love you to join us as we implement our 'TEC First' approach from our Adults TEC Strategy 2024 - 2027.
You will be working with a small team of TEC Advisors, providing advice and assessing referrals from social care staff, partner agencies and the public. You will then arrange with our service delivery partner for the installation of appropriate TEC solutions. You will also review existing TEC installations to ensure the equipment continues to meet people’s needs. You must have a good understanding of how TEC can be used to support older people, people with physical or learning disabilities, and people with mental health issues to maintain their independence. This is a changing area of work, and you will be required to keep up to date with new TEC solutions.
