Description
- Assist with drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents and contracts.
- Conduct property searches and prepare relevant reports.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate property transactions.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines.
- Support solicitors in resolving queries related to property law.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax returns.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
