Position Summary
As the Territory Manager for Hospital North, you will be a key member of the UK Sales Team and act as the primary representative of ZOLL’s Acute Care Technology portfolio across the South West and Wales. Your mission is to drive sales performance, develop long-term customer relationships and expand market adoption of our acute care solutions.
The territory encompasses the South West, Wales and across to Oxfordshire. It would suit someone located in Cardiff, Bristol or Swindon

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Territory Growth
- Achieve territory hardware sales quotas and performance objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic short- and long‑term sales plans.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Represent the Acute Care Technology Division with hospitals across the region.
- Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and support education programs.
- Maintain organised account records, profiles and activity documentation.
- Maintain an accurate book of business (BOB) in Salesforce.com.
- Manage and care for assigned demo/evaluation equipment.
- 3+ years of experience selling capital equipment into hospitals.
- Ideally nursing/ICU background
- Strong working knowledge of acute care devices.
- Demonstrated success in strategic selling and territory management.
- High professional standards and ethical conduct.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
- Clean drivers license
