Test Manager - £550 Outside IR35 - Dartford (2 days per week) - Manufacturing Industry experience required
Please note this is a 6 month contract position and candidates will be required to commute into the office 2 days per week.
La Fosse is partnering with an established organisation undergoing significant transformation across its technology landscape. We are now looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and mature their testing function across multiple business‑critical programmes.
This role requires someone who has worked within Manufacturing or Construction environments and understands the complexity of delivering change across operational, supply chain, production, or field‑based business areas. At present there is no testing capability in place therefore you will need to be experienced in establishing testing processes and strategy as well as rolling out from a standing start.
Key requirements
- Experience defining and implementing testing frameworks and governance
- Ability to establish documentation standards, traceability, reporting, and sign‑off processes
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with modern test automation tooling and automation strategy
- Experience embedding automation into delivery pipelines
