Our business focuses on aligning colleagues, applications and projects with our three value streams: Long-Term Savings, Protection & Equity Release, and Long-Standing Customers & Annuities. This role is within the Individual Long-Term Savings value stream.
A Test Manager is required to manage and co-ordinate test activities across complex change deliveries, involving multiple teams and applications, in line with business priorities, technical roadmaps and broader strategic goals. To build and enhance test capabilities for the value stream, in relation to people, processes and technology, including recruitment, test strategy and test automation with some line management accountabilities.
