The Therapies department based at County is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and highly motivated Support Secretary to join the Administration & Clerical team. The main responsibilities would be to provide administrative & clerical support to the therapy team and day to day tasks within the reception area.
The successful candidate will work within a busy and challenging environment therefore you must be confident, a good team player and have the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise effectively whilst using initiative.
You will work closely with the existing administration & clerical team, supporting the work of the department in the provision of an efficient and effective office service. Cross cover with colleagues is expected to ensure adequate provision of cover for staff leave/sickness etc.
This is a busy role which will involve multi-tasking with constantly changing priorities therefore the ability to work both accurately and efficiently with a flexible approach to work is a necessity.
