Company Description: We are a fast-growing UK print-on-demand factory based in Wembley. We don't want a "Social Media Manager" who sits behind a desk. We want a star.
The Role:
- Location: On-site at our factory (Wembley, London) 2-3 days a week.
- Content: Film everything. The chaos, the printing process, the team, and the trends.
- Livestreams: Host TikTok Lives (You get paid commission on what you sell).
- Strategy: Work directly with the Founder to scale the brand.
What we want from you:
- You live on TikTok. You know what "CapCut" and "POV" mean without Googling.
- You are comfortable on camera (Essential).
- You have an interest in Streetwear/Fashion.
- You are hungry to learn e-commerce and sales.

HOW TO APPLY (No CVs): We need to see you in action.
The Mission:
- Go to our TikTok @Fullymerched or website.
- Screenshot a hoodie or t-shirt you like.
- Record a TikTok video using the Green Screen effect with that product as your background.
- The Pitch: You have 30 seconds to sell it to us. You must mention "Made in UK" and "Next Day Dispatch" in your pitch.

Option A: The "Fast Track" (Recommended) Post your video on your own TikTok, tag us @Fullymerched
- Why? It proves you are confident, you understand the algorithm, and you are ready to be the face of the brand immediately. We review these first.
Option B: The "Private" Route If you aren't ready to go public yet, upload your video to Google Drive or Dropbox and email the link to [Insert Your Email Here] with the subject line: "TikTok Host Application - [Your Name]".
