We are looking to recruit 4 Trainee Improvement Fellows who reside in the Thames Valley trusts. These posts are for 1 year fixed term and are for ST3 and above trainees.

The Trainee Improvement Fellowship is an innovative position for trainees with an interest in educational delivery, quality improvement and NHS leadership.
The Trainee Improvement Fellowship will have an emphasis on projects which might improve the conditions of medical training.
The trainees will work with the Senior Leadership team within NHS England Thames Valley to identify and lead on Quality Improvement work targeted at the broad area of training recovery within the region. The trainee will play an important role in enhancing links and improving engagement between trainees and senior clinical leaders within NHS England (TV)
