What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Headhunting, matching and placing candidates into live roles
- Managing the full recruitment sales cycle, sourcing leads, offers, placements etc.
- Developing new business and growing your own market
- Working towards targets with mentoring and coaching from experienced high billers
