As we enter our next phase of growth we’re launching our spring talent academy, with the opportunity to join a team across Pearse Partners or Pearse Professionals. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate, 2nd job or career change to move into a supported recruitment role.
You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with some of the world’s largest financial institutions across Investment Banking, Credit, Private Equity and their Portfolio Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to salary negotiation
- Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector
- Market map for live and upcoming roles
- Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships
- Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary survey, credentials, white papers and other marketing material
- Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM
- Take advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sector
Requirements:
- 2:1 university qualification OR 12 months in a recruitment/sales role OR relevant work experience
- Understanding of financial services and motivation to work in the sector
- Proactive and organised
- Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Confident phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication
- Personable with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
