Salary: £24,000 basic + OTE up to £35k

About the Role:
As a Trainee Sales Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers at Bionic, within our telecommunications team. You will engage with small business owners who've submitted an online enquiry - such as hair salons, charities, retail shops and cafes. Your job is to reach out quickly, confirm their details, and determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials, before passing the lead onto our expert sales closers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers who have submitted a real-time website inquiry
- Verifying customer information and assessing if we can assist them
- Transferring qualified customers to the relevant sales agents within Bionic
- Maintaining call records and noting important information on our Salesforce platform
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Working towards weekly and monthly targets and KPI's
