What you'll be doing
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Accountabilities
- To ensure the works are carried out in the most efficient and safe manner;
- Demonstrate positive attitude and behaviour towards safety;
- Follow company/manufacturers procedures to ensure standards are met;
- Notify the Site Supervisor of any matters that affect the progress of works (including breakdowns & damages, etc.);
- Ensure daily maintenance checks are carried out, reports are correctly completed on time and submitted by the each team member;
- Complete and check all relevant paperwork correctly and in a timely manner, raising any issues to the Construction Manager;
- Manage other site staff and ensure they are working in line to required standards;
- Able to manage procedure compliance;
- Being involved in Daily Briefings/Toolbox Talks;
The Following Qualities/experience Are Essential
- Knowledge of site method statements, procedures, risk assessments and site specific rules (including lift plans);
- Knowledge of piling techniques in rotary discipline;
- Site experience;
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- Proactively challenge and be challenged where appropriate;
- Slinger/Signaller CPCS card;
- HSE CSCS card;
- Relevant manufacture/supplier training where required;
- Maintenance training.
