You will deliver a key role within a £200 million Programme recognised under the Government Major Projects portfolio.
As the Technical Instructor you will be responsible for delivering high quality Migration Helper training, and ensuring staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to complete operational tasks to the expected standard across multiple Local Authorities (LAs). The role combines training delivery, stakeholder engagement, progress tracking, and hands on support during the lifecycle of the Local Authority task.

The successful person will have experience of collating digital information from a wide range of sources and bringing this together accurately on a digital platform.
They will demonstrate knowledge of digitisation and data transformation processes within a structured operational or programme environment and have a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
The role requires the ability to interpret and clearly explain complex instructions, supporting collaboration and shared outcomes. The successful person will also have strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work in a structured and organised manner.
