About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Training & Recruitment Administrator to support our manufacturing sites and join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Barton upon Humber. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.

We are currently recruiting for a Training & Recruitment Administrator to support our manufacturing sites and join our expanding team based at our Head Office in Barton upon Humber. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Recruitment Coordinators with candidate searches and booking interviews
- Conducting inductions across all manufacturing sites
- Assisting with setting up new starters including contracts, biometric enrolments, uniform requests and reviews
- Ensuring all onboarding documentation is correct and compliant
- Monitoring the recruitment and training mailboxes, responding to emails and escalating situations where required.
Desired skills & knowledge:
- Previous experience in an administration-based role is essential
- Ability to use Excel and other MS Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and new starters
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management
- Strong communication skills
- Driving license is essential
