Description

Systems Trainer and L&D Specialist will be a valuable member of the HR and Recruitment Team.


You will design, deliver and embed high-quality systems and people-focused training across the organisation, supporting employees and consultants through system implementation, business change and ongoing development.


This role combines systems training, digital learning design and soft-skills delivery, with a strong focus on user adoption, confidence and engagement. Working closely with the L&D Manager, departments and stakeholders, the postholder will support the successful use of our case management system (Salesforce), in-house platforms, collaboration tools and evolving AI solutions.

Skills & Experience


Essential

  • Strong IT and digital skills, with advanced Microsoft Office capability
  • Confident and engaging trainer with experience delivering training remotely and in-person
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a people-focused, patient approach
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces
  • Comfortable working in a small team and managing multiple priorities

  • Desirable

    • Experience in a legal, professional services or regulated environment
    • Experience delivering systems or software training (Salesforce highly desirable)
    • Familiarity with Slack and collaborative communication platforms
    • Experience creating training videos or digital learning content
    • Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks or levy-funded programmes
    • Experience supporting business change or system implementations
