This role sits within the CCB Legal team, supporting the Transactional Banking and Liabilities business. You will provide legal advice across a broad suite of cash management, payments, and account products, supporting both strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activities. You will work closely with product, risk, compliance, and front-office teams to enable safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of client solutions.

- Providing legal advice on transactional banking and liabilities products including accounts, cash management, and payment services

Professional Experience
- Qualified lawyer with experience in banking, financial services, or commercial contracts (Required)
- Experience advising on transactional banking products, cash management, or payments (Preferred)
- Experience working with digital banking platforms or connectivity solutions (Preferred)
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (Required)
- English (Required)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills (Required)
- Working knowledge of payments regulation and financial crime frameworks (Preferred)
- Understanding of legal risk management principles (Preferred)
