This is a pivotal operational support role at the heart of Learners’ Trust, providing high-quality administrative, organisational and project coordination support to the Trust Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer.
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Trust operations, supporting policy compliance, operational processes, internal communications and staff engagement initiatives. Working across multiple workstreams, you will help drive efficiency, maintain strong governance practices and contribute to the successful delivery of operational projects that support the Trust’s strategic objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Trust Operations Manager and COO, including managing operational inboxes and responding to queries.
