About The Role
We are seeking a committed Tutor Assessor Early Years to support the effective delivery of College services and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
To develop and deliver on a range of learning programmes including Vocational pathways and T Levels
To contribute to the promotion of excellence in teaching/support, learning and assessment, working as part of a team in the Faculty
To be responsible for the organisation of teaching/support and learning for a specific assignment of learners
To promote and provide excellent customer service internally and externally in all areas of the role
Support the development of industry standard knowledge, skills and behaviours both in the classroom and via completing observations in work-placement for learners.
Carry out duties in line with College policies and procedures, including safeguarding and equality commitments
Skills And Experience
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Experience of teaching and assessing Early Years within a Further Education setting
Ability to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching that inspires learners and drives achievement
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
Experience of supporting learners pastorally, with an understanding of safeguarding in an FE environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners
