What The Day Will Look Like

In this key role your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive market growth by finding opportunities, innovating solutions, and strengthening Aon’s leadership in Construction risk.
  • Develop and complete the UK Construction strategy, ensuring alignment with Aon’s commercial objectives and Aon United principles.
  • Build and nurture key client relationships, overseeing major accounts and delivering integrated, client‑centric solutions.
  • Lead collaboration across broking, consulting, claims, sales, and global Construction teams to bring best‑in‑class expertise to clients.
  • Oversee performance and analytics, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and data‑driven decision‑making across Commercial Risk.
