A role you will love
As an Unclaimed Asset Coordinator, you’ll oversee the end to end asset reunification process, combining research, customer support, and accurate case management. You’ll work directly with asset holders, conduct detailed tracing activities, and ensure each claim progresses smoothly from start to finish. Your role is key in helping individuals reclaim what they’re entitled to.
Key Responsibilities Include
This hybrid role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday. Starting salary is £27,000, dependent on experience and interview performance. Candidates must live within an hour’s commute of our Bristol office (BS13 8AE).
What will you bring to the role?
Key Responsibilities Include
- Conducting detailed research campaigns to verify asset holder information and locate individuals
- Advising asset holders on their unclaimed assets and guiding them through the claims process
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to support claimants and address queries
- Managing a caseload of research tasks using various databases and tracing tools
- Participating in outbound calling campaigns to engage asset holders
- Updating and maintaining accurate data within our in house systems
- Supporting additional administrative or operational duties as needed
