To manage product development UX and set the strategic direction. Provide support to the bank's senior management team, and to manage product development risk across the organisation.

Join us a UX Designer in Markets - Post Trade. You will join a central design function within our engineering and technology organisation. Key to your success will be partnering with multiple product and application teams to shape experiences that improve productivity and streamline how people work.
You will simplify end to end journeys across our technology landscape. Your remit will include uncovering bottlenecks, understanding user pain points, and create new ways for people to interact with information spread across multiple applications. You help teams deliver clearer, smarter and more connected experiences.
