I am hiring for UX Research & Service Designer
Location: Manchester - Hybrid / 2 days Per week in Office
- Bachelor’s degree in UX, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Designer or related UX role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise work against deadlines.
- Proven experience working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and user-centered design principles.
Research & UX Skills
- Experience moderating usability testing sessions.
- Ability to recruit research participants and design screeners.
- Capability to plan, execute, and analyse usability tests.
- Experience selecting appropriate research methodologies.
