Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX / UI Designer to join the team on a 12 month Fixed‑Term Contract to cover maternity leave. This role will play a critical part in maintaining momentum across our digital product portfolio, partnering closely with the Global Head of UX & Design and Senior UX Designer to deliver high‑quality, user‑centred experiences across our trading platforms.
The successful candidate will take ownership of end‑to‑end design execution, contributing hands‑on design expertise while embedding seamlessly within cross‑functional product teams. You will work on complex, data‑rich products, balancing usability, performance, and commercial priorities within a fast‑paced financial services environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong mid‑weight or senior designer who is comfortable operating with autonomy, while aligning to established design systems, standards, and ways of working.
