From routine administration (including logistical, financial, and meditative) to more sensitive conversations, proficiency in face-to-face, telephone, and written communication is key. Our team are people-oriented with a strong love of animals, and the ability to adapt communication styles to best suit their recipients is essential.
Veterinary industry experience is not crucial; however, the steep learning curve will make it a definite bonus. Other valuable experience can be drawn from customer service roles and administrative positions in the healthcare sector.
Other skills and characteristics of successful applicants will include computer literacy, patience, multi-tasking, and proactivity.
