Willows Veterinary Hospital and Referral Service are recruiting for a professional Client Care Associate to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
The hours will be 1300-2100 Monday to Friday.
You will be required to work 1:3 weekends Saturday and Sunday 1300-2100, that week, the days off will be Thursday before the weekend and Tuesday after.

Your Role And Responsibilities
- Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital
- Be highly motivated and well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative
- Have a friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone
- The ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work.
- Can support and communicate effectively with clients, vet professionals, and fellow associates
- Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships.
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave (pro-rata)
