Pay range and compensation package

When it comes to financial rewards, Partnership offers double the opportunity:

• Uncapped profit share from day one – your profit share will increase as the clinic grows, however you can expect to earn more than an employed vet over your time in the Partnership.
• Guaranteed share buyback on exit – ensuring long-term financial security and peace of mind.
