Are you a warm, organised, and motivated individual looking to be part of a truly supportive and friendly team? 1066 Vets are on the lookout for someone special to join our fantastic group, working across 1066 Vets as well as Sussex Coast Vets Bexhill and Silverhill.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients and their pets receive the highest level of care and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set in the beautiful East Sussex countryside, our practice offers the perfect blend of professional satisfaction and work-life balance. Surrounded by stunning coastline and rolling hills, the area is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, food lovers, and culture seekers alike. Plus, with Brighton just 45 minutes away, Central London and Gatwick Airport within an hour, you’re never far from adventure or convenience.
We’re a busy, well-established practice with 3 vets, 5 nurses, and 5 receptionists across 3 sites, including a full-time orthopaedic surgeon. At 1066 Vets, we pride ourselves on our welcoming, collaborative, and open culture. Teamwork is at the heart of what we do — we hold regular team meetings where ideas and feedback are encouraged and valued.
Your Working Pattern

- Welcoming clients and their pets
- Liaising with veterinary practices and clinical staff
- Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Managing incoming enquiries with professionalism and compassion
- Providing general administrative support to keep things running smoothly

Your Working Pattern
- 25 hours over 5 days
