Salary up to £60,000 DOE, plus up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance

Our practice group consists of a dynamic team of 14.5 FTE Vets, with a mix of skills including an exotic specialist and certificate holders. We regularly hold clinical meetings to share knowledge and ideas, and we are committed to investing in new equipment to support best practice. How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

  • 4 days weekly 8am-7pm, with 1 day off a week. You will have 1 hours lunch break per day
  • 1/6 Saturday mornings 8:30-12pm (Oundle or Peterborough both options) and 1/6 Saturdays 8:30-5pm, with Friday afternoon as TOIL the following week
  • One late shift per week 9:30am-7:30pm. There is no Out Of Hours involved in this role
  • Looking for someone with good level surgical competence for all routine surgeries and more common emergency procedures e.g pyometra surgery.

    You are a confident and motivated veterinary surgeon who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to delivering high-quality patient and client care. You’ll bring:

    • A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
    • Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues

    • Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
