About the Role

Title: Global VP of People

Function: People Operations

Reporting to: CEO

Location: UK (Remote)

We’re looking for a Global VP of People with deep experience across APAC, EMEA and the US to partner closely with the CEO and executive team through our next growth phase.

This role sets the global people strategy while guiding and leveling up the People Ops team- ensuring the right structure, processes, and leadership practices are in place to scale effectively. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who has built and led the global people organizations and enjoys operating at both the strategic and execution levels.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead the global People strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational design with LeapXpert’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and change management.
  • Build and scale global People Operations across the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Drive a data-driven and AI-enabled People function, using analytics and automation to improve decision-making, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, policies, and processes that support a distributed, international workforce while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner closely with leaders to build high-performing teams, clarify accountability, and strengthen manager capability at all levels.
  • Establish compensation, equity, and rewards frameworks that are competitive, fair, and aligned with a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that are practical, measurable, and embedded into daily operations.
  • Build and mentor a high-impact People team, developing future leaders within the function.

  • What We’re Looking For

    • 10+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, including experience as Head or VP of People in a high-growth SaaS or technology start-up company.
    • Proven experience scaling a global workforce in a Series B–D environment, including international expansion.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate company strategy into people’s priorities and execution.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and people-related unit economics.
    • Deep knowledge of global employment practices, compliance, and HR operations across multiple regions (e.g., US, EMEA, APAC).
    • Track record of building trust and credibility with founders, executives, and senior leaders.
    • Experience designing compensation and equity programs in venture-backed companies.
    • Hands-on, builder mindset—comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
    • Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior experience in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, cybersecurity, compliance-driven SaaS).
    • Experience leading People teams through M&A or rapid organizational change.
    • Exposure to scaling companies beyond 500+ employees.

    Our Value

    • Curiosity: We’re curious and future-focused.
    • One Team: We’re one team, in many colors.
    • Customer–Driven: We’re obsessed with the customer.
    • Integrity: We don’t compromise on integrity.
    • Excellence: We exemplify excellence
