We are hiring a Video Editor to help us create high-performing video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
This is a hands-on editing and content role. You will cut long-form YouTube videos, make short-form clips, test new formats, manage clippers, and help build repeatable systems for producing video at scale.
The ideal person has excellent taste, strong platform instincts, and total fluency in CapCut. You should be comfortable moving quickly, testing hooks and edits, and using AI tools to produce more ambitious content without slowing down.
Edit long-form YouTube videos, tutorials, demos, and social-native content.
Create short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
Turn raw ideas, recordings, product clips, and creator footage into clear, engaging edits.
Test hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails, titles, formats, and retention patterns.
Manage clippers and freelance editors, including briefs, feedback, quality control, and deadlines.
Study what is working across social platforms and turn strong formats into repeatable templates.
Use AI tools to create scalable video workflows, variations, experiments, and content systems.
Track performance and double down on formats that show breakout potential.
You are highly proficient in CapCut and can edit quickly without sacrificing taste.
You understand platform-native video: hooks, pacing, retention, subtitles, packaging, and why people keep watching.
You have made or edited social video yourself and can show examples of your work.
You are comfortable producing at high volume and iterating based on performance data.
You are organized enough to manage multiple clips, creators, editors, files, deadlines, and feedback loops.
You are curious about AI video, creator tools, social distribution, and new content formats.
You care about making content that feels native to the internet, not over-polished brand content.
Experience with YouTube long-form editing, tutorials, demos, or creator-led channels.
Experience managing clippers, editors, creators, or freelance content workflows.
Experience with Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, After Effects, or motion graphics tools.
Experience using AI video, image, voice, avatar, or automation tools in real content workflows.
Comfort being on camera occasionally, though this is not a regular requirement of the role.
You can turn messy raw material into a strong video quickly.
You can spot why a clip is not working and make it sharper.
You can build repeatable editing systems instead of treating every video as a one-off.
You can manage clippers without losing quality, speed, or creative direction.
You can use AI tools practically to increase output and creative range.
Send your LinkedIn, portfolio or examples of your edits, and 2-3 videos or clips you are proud of.
We care more about taste, speed, output, and internet fluency than formal credentials.
