As Love Luxury’s Videographer, you will capture, create, and edit high-impact video content that brings our brand story to life. You’ll follow our founders and team to film vlogs, behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle reality-show style episodes, and high-quality social content.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who understands modern luxury storytelling, YouTube-style pacing, and the production quality required for today’s digital audience. You must be confident behind the camera, skilled in editing, and capable of transforming raw footage into polished, engaging visual stories.

This exciting opportunity will require travel to Dubai potentially every month, depending on business needs, so the candidate must feel comfortable with travelling and working abroad.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Film daily vlogs, behind-the-scenes content, lifestyle footage, and reality-show style episodes for YouTube and social channels.
• Capture high-quality video across boutique activities, events, product showcases, and founder-led moments.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcast-style conversations, and short-form reels/TikToks with strong storytelling flow.
• Build cohesive narratives using music, pacing, cutaways, and visual aesthetics aligned with the Love Luxury brand.
• Follow and film real-time moments, adapting quickly and capturing authentic reactions and conversations.
• Produce polished final videos optimised for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Stay up to date with digital trends, editing styles, and viral video formats.
• Manage and organise footage, backups, equipment, and editing timelines.
• Work closely with the Founders and Creative Team to plan shoots, develop storylines, and execute creative concepts.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a videographer/editing specialist, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or reality-style content.
• Strong YouTube editing skills (vlog pacing, jump cuts, sound design, storytelling).
• Experience editing podcast-style content (multi-camera workflow, audio sync, clean-cut style).
• Confident with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and stabilisation equipment.
• Ability to film in a documentary/reality-TV style, capturing natural movements and conversations.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and obsession with clean, modern visuals.
• Able to work full-time, adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-performance, luxury-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury brands and aesthetics (knowledge of Hermès is a plus).
• Someone who “sees the story” before it’s filmed – a creative mind that can turn everyday moments into compelling visual narratives.
