About the role:
As a Vintage Product Assessor, you will be a flexible team player working across a variety of teams within the Marketplace Department. You’ll work across a wide range of vintage products, supporting our Production Managers by ensuring that items are effectively sorted, grouped and listed on the most suitable platform. Training in each product category will be provided, and a passion for vintage and antique collectibles will make you a great fit for this varied role.

Getting Started…

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Department Managers to learn about listing standards and processes.
  • Gain familiarity with departmental KPIs and begin contributing to team goals, particularly regarding product listings and quality standards.
Establishing your Impact…
  • Build confidence in assessing, sorting and listing a wide variety of vintage items with minimal supervision.
  • Actively contribute to the team’s listing targets by producing accurate, high quality product descriptions.
  • Strengthen your collaboration with the Marketplace Teams to help maintain a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Become a trusted member of the team, sharing best practices and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency.
