We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic
VIP Manager to join our events team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing high-level stakeholder engagement, overseeing sponsor and delegate communications, and ensuring the seamless delivery of side-event activations such as private dinners, roundtables, and one-to-one introductions. A core responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and confirm the most relevant delegates to meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with sponsors, providing regular updates on confirmed delegates and key targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of side-activation milestones, including private roundtables, dinners, and introductions.
