You will provide end-to-end leadership across complex cross functional teams, ensuring clear governance, proactive risk management, dependency and stakeholder alignment and predictable delivery of outcomes that support organisational priorities and long-term value.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end to end delivery of major strategic programmes, ensuring outcomes, scope and timelines are achieved in line with business expectations.
- Proven experience leading large scale, enterprise wide programmes within complex, matrix organisations within Business is essential
- Demonstrated success delivering transformation programmes across multiple functions and delivery partners is essential
- Excellent programme governance, financial control, and risk management capability, with past experience of managing large budgets, is essential
- Strong senior stakeholder mananement and influencing skills, including the ability to lead without direct authority at c-suite level is essential
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting complex information clearly and concisely is essential
- Project / Programme Management accreditations: MSP Practitioner, Prince 2, PMI, APMP is desired
- Prior experience in managing multiple third parties & suppliers is desired
- Prior experience with Service Now is desired
