The Role
Watergate is an Outstanding and expanding special needs primary school for children with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex needs. We believe in creating an aspirational, exciting, creative and fun learning community. Our aim is to build brighter futures for our children, young people and families.
Are you dedicated and enthusiastic about improving the outcomes of children with SEN? Are you a passionate and dedicated professional, with excellent communication skills? Do you have a clear understanding of how children learn? We are looking for teaching assistants with high energy levels and high expectations to join existing team basis to support and develop our children on their learning journey.

Salary Scale 3 (£31,086 - £30,552 pro-rata)
Qualifications
Education to Level 2 Maths and English or higher.
NVQ2/NVQ3 Or Equivalent Qualifications Or Experience Is Also Desirable.
Applicants should be committed to the process of continuously raising standards, self-evaluation, school improvement and a desire to be involved the wider life of school.
